(Eagle News) – The number of reported deaths from “Paeng” has risen to 158.

According to the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council, 63 deaths were reported in Bangsamoro Autonomous Region of Muslim Mindanao (BARMM), 36 in Western Visayas and 33 in Calabarzon.

Of the 153 deaths reported, 123 were confirmed.

The NDRRMC said damage to agriculture was estimated at 2.989 billion pesos.

Meanwhile, damage to infrastructure totaled 4.514 billion pesos.

“Paeng” left the Philippine area of ​​responsibility on October 31.
